·辨认三部曲：a.外形细小，翅膀平放时，两翅尖端相距约4厘米；b.后翅翅背深褐色，下端大片白色，并有数个大黑斑。它生活在树林内的阴暗地方，可见于4月至11月，由于飞行快速，所以很难接近。
·似蛾非蛾：一般的蝴蝶在静止时，翅膀是摺合竖起的，但沾边裙弄蝶的翅膀却是平放的。而且，相比起大部分的蝴蝶，它的躯体较肥大，所以看起来像只蛾！
Water Snow Flat
·The Water Snow flat is a small butterfly, with a wingspan of about 4 cm. The upper hindwings are dark brown and the lower parts are white, with large black spots. The Water Snow Flat lives along shady paths in lowland forests. You can see it from April to November. As it flies fast, the Water Snow Flat is hard to see close up.
·A moth lookalike:Most butterflies close their wings when resting. However, Water Snow Flats lay their wings flat while resting, as moths do. This, together with its large body, makes it look very like a moth. 资料：渔护署
